The freezing dryer consists of heat exchange unit, refrigeration unit and electric control unit.In the process of compressed air drying, its freeze-drying is to reduce the temperature of compressed air, so that the water in compressed air can be precipitated out.The working principle of freeze drying machine is same as refrigerator, after compressed air go through frozen compressed air pipe, the air temperature will drop to the required temperature, to achieve a drying air.It’s refrigeration system belongs to the compressed refrigeration, which connecting by piping,become a closed system with freezing medium cycling inside, aim to heat exchange with compressed air and cooling medium.
